DI.RE TOOL – Declaration of Requirements
Algoritmic® has engineered IVASS questionnaire introduced following Ministerial Decree No. 88 of May 2, 2022, creating DI.RE. tool that enable the following functions:
GUIDED QUESTIONNARE COMPILATION. Each company representative, when completing the questionnaire, is prompted to complete only the necessary sections, based on their position within the company.

COLLECTION OF QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR ANY ASSESSMENTS OF INTERLOCKING SITUATIONS.
AUTOMATIC EVALUATION OF SECTION 4. TIME AVAILABILITY (TIME COMMITMENT). Based on the input provided by the representative, the tool automatically determines the representative’s actual time availability to perform the role, also taking into account all other administrative, management, and control positions held, as well as any professional/work activities performed.
AUTOMATIC GENERATION OF THE TEXT OF THE SELF-CERTIFICATION NOTARY. By completing the questionnaire sections, the representative automatically generates a PDF of the Affidavit, ready for signature by the representative.
ANA.RE TOOL – Requirements Analysis
The questionnaires completed by individual company representatives are summarized using the ANA.RE. tool, which automatically reads all responses, organizes them for the benefit of the company secretariat, and enables the following functions:
Generation of a summary dashboard to support the appropriate assessment of the collective composition of the corporate bodies. The tool also automatically captures the responses provided by each corporate representative, producing a summary dashboard of the body (highlighting the diversification and distribution of responsibilities), which is also useful for guiding the correct assignment of roles within the board committees.

Proposal Value
We aim to eliminate the objective complexities that company representatives encounter when completing the IVASS questionnaire, resulting from the confusion of questions posed for any corporate role held. We also aim to generate value by automatically producing a self-certification that is, by definition, consistent with the answers provided.
