Milan November 16th, 2022 Algoritmic® and the D’Argenio Polizzi & Associati Law Firm (SLDPA) signed a partnership agreement on November 2nd, 2022 aimed at organically integrating their offer system on the Insurance Distribution market. The complementarity existing between the legal skills, expressed by the D’Argenio Polizzi & Associati Law Firm and the technical skills that Algoritmic® is able to express thanks also to the experience of Antonia Boccadoro, head of the Compliance and Insurance Brokerage Division, allow us to offer high value services to the reference market.
The joint offer is aimed at both Italian and foreign insurance companies operating under freedom to provide services or freedom of establishment, insurance intermediaries registered with the RUI, as well as comparison service managers and more generally to service providers in insurance field. The areas of intervention identified relate in particular to regulatory and regulatory compliance, the areas relating to the Transparency of the offer of insurance products, POG – Product Oversight Governance in all phases of its implementation (Design, Testing, Monitoring), support for companies in case of Supervisory Inspections, as well as Training.
